"Chiikawa" is a popular manga by illustrator Nagano, first serialized on X (formerly Twitter) starting in 2020. It won the Grand Prize at the 'Japan Character Awards 2022' and again in 2024, announced in July 2024.

The charmingly small and cute characters, contrasted with a starkly realistic world, have gained widespread popularity among both adults and children, amassing over 3.77 million followers. The anime version of "Chiikawa" is currently airing on Fuji TV's "Mezamashi TV" every Tuesday and Friday around 7:40 AM.
