The anime "The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4" has been announced to begin airing in July 2025. In addition, the latest visual for Season 4, as well as new characters and cast members, have been revealed. It has also been decided that a special event for the series, "Shield Fes" will be held.

The anime "The Rising of the Shield Hero" is based on a novel by Aneko Yusagi (published by MF Books under KADOKAWA). The TV anime first aired in 2019, followed by "Season 2" in 2022 and "Season 3" in 2023. The production of Season 4 had already been announced.
