Varunal and Jalaris Cast Revealed!

Character design and cast for the new characters who will greet Naofumi and the others in the demi-human nation of Siltvelt have been unveiled. It has been decided that Takeo Otsuka will play Varunal, and Jiro Saito will play Jalaris.

Varnal

Varnal is the representative of the Shusaku species, one of the top four species in Siltvelt. He is a bird-type demi-human. He shows high loyalty to Naofumi and treats him with great respect. In an effort to keep Naofumi in the country, he uses a very political way of speaking to try to delay Naofumi's departure.

Jaralis

A representative of the Lion race, a sub-human of Siltvelt. A lion sub-human. He is politically opposed to Varnal and contacts Naofumi independently. He is courteous but a type that pushes things through with force. He was present at the last moment of Fohl and Atla's father.

"The Shield Fes ~ The Excitement of the Shield Hero LIVE ~" has been decided to hold!

The event "Shield Fes The Rising of the Shield Hero The LIVE of the Shield Hero" has been scheduled to take place on June 15th (Sunday) at Sakura Hall, Shibuya Cultural Center Owada. Alongside a star-studded cast, MADKID and Chiai Fujikawa, who have been adding musical color to the series since Season 1, will be performing.
