Director Nishiyama shared, "During script meetings, discussions, and recordings, someone's stomach was always growling, including mine. Please look forward to the anime 'Style of Hiroshi Nohara's LUNCH', crafted with the nourishment of various people's stomach sounds!" along with some behind-the-scenes stories unique to this work.

Moreover, the voice of the protagonist, Hiroshi Nohara, is again portrayed by the highly popular voice actor Toshiyuki Morikawa, known from the "Crayon Shin-chan" series. Morikawa recalls, "There were a lot of scenes with just Hiroshi. The sheer amount of lines was incredible, leading to a lot of calorie consumption. The delicious-looking dishes on the recording screen made my stomach growl, causing multiple retakes. It was really tough," revealing anecdotes unique to this work.
