[Synopsis]
Meg Raspberry, an apprentice witch living in the city of Lapis, is informed by her mentor, the "Eternal Witch" Faust, on her 17th birthday that she has been cursed with one year left to live. While she sulks over the seemingly impossible way to survive, she hears from a certain girl about her mother, who has been asleep and won't wake up.
