【Synopsis】
In a world where approximately 80% of the total population possesses some supernatural ability called "quirk," and heroes, who protect society with these quirks under government approval, have been established, an ordinary college student, Koichi Haimawari, couldn't completely give up his once-abandoned dream of being a hero. He secretly enjoyed helping people under the guise of a hero-like figure named "The Crawler." One day, Koichi finds himself in a dire pinch as he is harassed by hooligans.
