A week before this preview screening, on Saturday, March 29, the five also attended the "Getting to Know mono - TV Anime 'mono' Advanced Screening in Yamanashi" event. Mikawa smiled, saying, "It was exciting and joyful" about being able to go to Yamanashi, the setting of the work, together with all five for the first time. Surprise guests included halca, who is in charge of the ending theme "Weekend Roll," as well as representatives from Yamanashi Central Network and the mayor of Kofu City, all enjoying the Yamanashi-loving event. Ueda and Kawase were visiting Yamanashi for the first time on this occasion, and voices were raised looking forward to the next opportunity, saying, "We wanted to see more together~!"
Before they knew it, the brief event came to the final greetings. First, Kawase honestly expressed, "Considering the long time that has passed since the audition, I'm happy that the first episode is finally starting. Not only the cast but also all the staff have poured their love into this work, so I hope it reaches those who watch it."
Ueda started by saying, "I think it's a work that conveys a lot of the charm of travel destinations." She continued, "Haruno-san is usually lazy and laid-back, but she has a passion for manga, and I think in her slightly natural and airheaded aspects, she might be someone who involves everyone. I hope you enjoy watching how Haruno-san meets everyone, becomes closer friends, and creates memories, and if it makes you think 'I want to go there too,' that would make me happy."

Tono, who expressed joy that "Sakura"-ko was being delivered in the cherry blossom season, said that when they finished recording the final episode, she felt a sense of accomplishment along with sadness. However, with the anime broadcast starting, she now feels "This is where the 'fun!' begins again!" She called out, "I hope you enjoy it as an anime that takes you to casual, slightly exciting and thrilling weekends!"
Koga commented, "It's a work packed with questions like 'What is a "mono"?' and the everyday happiness that seems like nothing special but actually turns out to be very happy." Her impression was striking as she spoke about the new world and values that expand through "mono": "Of course, it's fun and memorable to go out alone, but I think it's also really fun to go somewhere with someone and see scenery or do something together. So please try going out on weekends if you can."
Entrusted with the last word, Mikawa delivered a powerful message: "Just one thing. It's an interesting work, so please keep watching 'mono' from now on!" She energetically concluded the event with, "With hineri-age in one hand! Let's all enjoy watching it to the end!"
Before leaving the stage, during the photo session, they made "m" shapes for mono, and instead of finger hearts, they made "hineri-age poses," maintaining a friendly atmosphere from start to finish
