In #41, the program started with the "Cup Cup Talk" corner, where two anime-related people are paired up and have a conversation while eating. This time, voice actors Shinnosuke Tachibana, who plays roles such as Thousand in "IDOLiSH7" and Morisuke Yaku in "Haikyu!!", and Kensho Ono, who plays roles such as Tetsuya Kuroko in "Kuroko's Basketball" and Riku Nanase in "IDOLiSH7", appeared. The two had a heated discussion about their motivations for becoming voice actors, their struggles during their early days, and the people they admire in life, at a yakiniku restaurant frequented by Tachibana.

Ono entered a children's theater company at the age of four and made his voice acting debut at 12 after passing an audition for 'Harry Potter.' However, during his early career, he balanced part-time jobs at a soup curry shop and as a pool lifeguard. When he turned 20, realizing he couldn't continue like that, he quit his part-time jobs and lived by borrowing money from his parents and brother. He revealed the harsh reality of those days, stating, "I even had to eat soy sauce-soaked tissues."

Regarding his brother, who supported him during those tough times, Ono described him as "a person he respects." He shared an episode, saying, "After I started working, I wanted to repay the money I borrowed, but even when I asked for his bank account details, he still hasn't told me." Ono's brother is a big fan of 'JoJo's Bizarre Adventure,' and when Ono played the role of Giorno Giovanna, he happily reflected, "I felt like I could finally repay him."
