On the other hand, Tachibana shared, "I was first moved in my life when I watched 'Ah! My Goddess' on a laser disc I received for my birthday as a first-year high school student," and "That experience made me realize how amazing anime is, which led me to read anime magazines voraciously and aspire to become a voice actor." Tachibana also attended a training school with a one-year limit but couldn't immediately become a voice actor. He supported himself for six years through pantomime and Japanese dance. However, he used the connections he built during that time to participate in anime auditions and successfully passed, allowing him to join an agency.
Ono describes Tachibana as "a person who carves out his own path." Tachibana mentioned that he tries not to create "people he respects" in his voice acting career, explaining, "If you idolize someone in the same industry, you'll never surpass them. I respect them, but at the same time, they are my rivals and competitors," candidly sharing his thoughts.
In the upcoming second part of the broadcast, the two will delve deeper into discussions about their struggles as voice actors and roles they find challenging to play.

In the "Industry Deep Dive Connection" section, which delves into the work and personalities of people in the anime-related industry, we feature Shinichiro Miki, a voice actor who has been at the forefront of the industry since his debut in 1989. He has appeared in numerous popular works such as "Gintama," "BLEACH," and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," boasting over 1,200 appearances in total.
Miki candidly spoke about what inspired him to become a voice actor, his thoughts on Kiyonobu Suzuki, whom he regards as his mentor, and what he wishes to convey to his son, Kazuma Miki, who recently made his voice acting debut, as well as to the next generation of young actors.
Regarding what led him to become a voice actor, Miki shared, "Since I was a child, I thought I would become a voice actor, so it wasn't something I wanted to be. I already had the vision." He viewed the path to becoming a voice actor not as a dream but as a certainty. After graduating high school, at the training school of his current agency, 81 Produce, he encountered Kiyonobu Suzuki, whom he could call his mentor. Suzuki, known for roles such as Hayato Kobayashi in "Mobile Suit Gundam," told Miki, "If you think someone is good, they are far better than you. Even if you think they are reasonably good, they are still far better. The ones you think are poor are actually your current self."
Furthermore, Miki discussed his reasons for focusing on the "Mikikura no Kai" unit, which he has been actively involved in recently, alongside director Tomoyuki Kuramoto, and shared his dreams for the future.
