[Synopsis]
Maomao suddenly disappears from the rear palace. Jinshi searches for clues at the Jade Palace but finds none, and upon asking about Maomao's recent actions at the medical department, he realizes that Maomao the cat is missing too. Hearing Jinshi and the others talking, Luomen muses that tracking Maomao the cat might lead to discovering Maomao's whereabouts and begins investigating with the medicinal herbs Maomao had handled just before her disappearance. Meanwhile, Maomao and Shisui, captured by Suirei, are taken from the rear palace to somewhere unknown. Piecing together clues from Suirei's actions, which lack apparent motive, Maomao comes to a certain realization...
