[Synopsis]
Maomao, abducted from the rear palace, finds herself in a village hidden deep within the forest. Just at that time, a festival is being held in the village, and Maomao participates together with Shisui, both wearing fox masks. On their way to the shrine, she hears from Shisui about the local legend and the meaning of the fox masks. Even after returning from the festival, Maomao finds herself not being held captive, and as she grows increasingly uneasy about Suirei and Shisui’s behavior, she presses Suirei with a certain question.
