They moved from the studio to a special space, where in front of them appeared the new sport “Headis,” a fusion of soccer and table tennis. With Mr. Motoki Nakamura as their instructor, once the explanation was complete, Yashiro, itching with excitement, exclaimed, “I’m getting antsy!” and dived right into practice.
On his second try, Yashiro put on a display of “god plays,” engaging in long rallies. The instructor praised him with, “You’re really good!” showing off Yashiro’s impressive skill. Namikawa, though it was his first try, also demonstrated his natural talent, surprising everyone with sharp-angled shots and plays targeting tricky spots.

As Namikawa and Yashiro gradually got the hang of it, they decided to try rallying together. When Namikawa sneakily served while Yashiro was caught up commenting, Yashiro quipped, “Is that even sportsmanlike!?” keeping the studio in laughter throughout.
The intense rally continued for an impressive 12 shots, earning high praise from the instructor: “You’re genuinely skilled! Your touch is very soft.” Following that, Namikawa and Yashiro teamed up in doubles to challenge the instructor.

Namikawa, fired up, declared, “I’ll win no matter what it takes!” showing his aggressive side with unexpected serves. The match became a real back-and-forth, a nail-biting close contest.
Afterwards, both Namikawa and Yashiro smiled, exclaiming, “That was so much fun!” Instructor Nakamura even gave them the unexpected stamp of approval: “You absolutely have what it takes to make Team Japan!” Even viewers commented, “They’re not hopeless at sports!” shining a spotlight on the duo’s athleticism.
