Hyper Projection Engeki: Haikyu!! is a stage adaptation of the extremely popular volleyball manga "Haikyu!!" by Haruichi Furudate, which ran in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine until July 2020.

Since its first performance in November 2015, Engeki: Haikyu!! has delivered an experience akin to watching a real volleyball match, where audiences watch the matches of Karasuno High School as if they have stepped right into the venue from the original story. Using this as its motto, the production has continued to take on new challenges as a stage play through a series of 11 installments, generating tremendous excitement.

At the open press conference, four cast members appeared in character costumes: Raimu Ninomiya as Shoyo Hinata, Shoa Hara as Tobio Kageyama, Yasunari Fujibayashi as Toru Oikawa, and Ren Suzuki as Hajime Iwaizumi. Together with Kenta Suga, who portrayed the original Shoyo Hinata in the first Hyper Projection Engeki: Haikyu!! production, they engaged in discussions and photo sessions about the Hyper Projection Engeki: Haikyu!! China Tour, for which the latest performance information was announced that day.
