The official ABEMA Anime Channel X has announced the Top 3 most-commented scenes during the broadcast of Episode 24, “After the Storm,” from “WIND BREAKER Season 2.”
“WIND BREAKER” is an anime adaptation of the highly popular delinquent manga by Satoru Nii, which is serialized in the official Weekly Shonen Magazine app “Magazine Pocket” (Kodansha). The story follows Haruka Sakura, a lonely delinquent high school student who enrolls at Furin High School, notorious as a school full of delinquents, aiming to become the top fighter. There, he encounters Bofurin, a group that now protects the town, and the story depicts his battles and growth as he becomes one of their members.
“WIND BREAKER” consistently ranks at the top of “Magazine Pocket,” and the volumes are so popular that they are frequently reprinted immediately after release. The first TV anime aired in April 2024, and with the start of Season 2’s broadcast in April 2025, the series’ popularity continues to rise.
