In the middle of the program, they held the “Reverse Engineering Project! Scenes of Namikawa & Yashiro That Fans Want to See” segment. This unique segment first determines what kind of scene the viewers want to see, then works backwards to create content tailored to the theme.

This time, the theme was “Fans want to see Namikawa & Yashiro as dogs!” Out came dog ear headbands. Namikawa, hesitating and saying, “Liking dogs and turning into a dog are two different things,” reluctantly put it on. Meanwhile, Yashiro posed cutely with his tongue out, prompting Namikawa to exclaim, “You’re being too cute!”

They then tried a “dog-like challenge,” making shaved ice and showing their tongues to see what color they turned. Starting from scratching the ice, they ended up with fluffy shaved ice, and facing it, Yashiro let loose with a perfect pun, “Wan-derful!” (“wan” being the Japanese onomatopoeia for a dog’s bark).

With the shout of “Itadaki-wan!” (“Let’s eat!” with a dog pun), they began eating, but Namikawa struggled with the cold, grimacing in pain. Despite managing to show the color change on his tongue, the subtle result left both hosts and staff smirking. Next up was a “reaction speed” game, where they layered their hands one above the other—the person with their hand at the bottom had to quickly pull out their hand to avoid being slapped by the person above. In the first round, Yashiro was on the bottom and successfully caught Namikawa’s hand. Conversely, Namikawa tried to take Yashiro by surprise, but missed, earning a harsh yet playful comment from Yashiro: “Not only was that sneaky, but you missed too, wan!”

As the match went on, their tactical duel grew more heated, with Yashiro even declaring, “I’ll get my revenge!” Who ended up victorious in the end?

The pair also challenged the “Watchdog Gao Gao” game. While cautiously taking food out from the dish, the studio tensed up as the music suddenly stopped. The moment Yashiro reached out, the watchdog snapped forward and bit, making both hosts jump back with such exaggerated reactions that they were out of breath.

Afterward, they played the “Thirty-Wan Battle,” where the person who says the number 31 loses. Yashiro passed the baton to Namikawa at 27, and in a last-ditch plea declared, “I like you, Namikawa! I respect you!” In response, Namikawa stopped at 29, Yashiro only said “30,” forcing Namikawa to say “31.” With Namikawa shouting, “Do you have no blood or tears?!” the studio erupted in laughter. In the final part of the show, they held the usual “Which is Taku’s? The Eight-Choice Quiz,” and this time the theme was “Taku Yashiro’s Signature.” Was Namikawa able to prove his true “Yashiro love”?
