As Amuro passes by Hyaku Shiki, piloted by Quattro Vageena (CV: Shuuichi Ikeda), chasing Asshimar, Quattro unconsciously mutters, "What are you planning to do, Amuro!" The name of his former rival slips out by instinct.

Amuro responds with, "Back off, Char!" It is the moment when former rivals instinctively recognize each other's presence.

Immediately after colliding with Asshimar, Amuro escapes with a parachute. Kamille approaches and skillfully catches him in mid-air. Seeing his figure on the monitor of Hyaku Shiki, Quattro quietly calls the name of his former adversary.

Soon after, opening the cockpit, the two finally meet face to face. "It's Char...but..." "There's no doubt, it's Amuro Ray." The words are few, and there are no grand gestures. Yet this scene encapsulates all the history and emotions continuing from First Gundam.

In the quiet sky, the depiction of Gundam Mk-II and Hyaku Shiki descending slowly with Amuro aboard their hands tells the story of the beauty and gravity of encounters on the battlefield.

The anime "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" was broadcast from March 1985 to February 1986 and produced by Sunrise. It's a sequel depicting events seven years after the One Year War in "Mobile Suit Gundam." It helped spark the "Gunpla" boom. Numerous derivative works like Gundam series spin-offs have been produced, and the series remains highly popular.
