Makeup, Research, and Practice… What Are the Unique Joys of Cosplay that Corin Felt as Anby Demara from “Zenless Zone Zero”?

——Could you tell us what got you into “Zenless Zone Zero,” what you find appealing about the work, and what characters you like?

Corin: I started “Zenless Zone Zero” because a friend recommended it to me. I was already a big fan of HoYoverse’s works like “Genshin Impact” and “Honkai: Star Rail,” but I downloaded “Zenless Zone Zero” because of my friend’s suggestion.

What I love most about “Zenless Zone Zero” is the “combat.” Unlike “Genshin Impact” or “Honkai: Star Rail,” the physical attacks feel really satisfying. The characters are also very unique and the more I progressed through the story, the more I was drawn in.

My favorite character is Anby. As I worked through the story and learned more about her personality and background, I fell for her even more.

——If you have any announcements or other cosplays you’d like to try in the future, please tell us.

Corin: I often go to cosplay events and recently to studio photo shoots, so I’d be happy if you could take a look at my photos! Personally, I’m really into “Honkai: Star Rail” right now, so I’d love to cosplay more characters from that, and I’d also like to try cosplaying “Unit 0 Anby” from the Silvermane Squad, which is another version of Anby that I did this time.

My main focus is on HoYoverse works, but I also want to challenge myself with various anime characters, too!
