What!? Something Super Thin Came Out from Inside—The Shocking Transformation of "Gundam GQuuuuuuX" Kikeroga

From mobile armor form to mobile suit form. In the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," the Kikeroga—piloted by Challia Bull (CV: Shinji Kawada)—undergoes a transformation that left viewers astonished by its wholly unexpected development.

Kikeroga is a high-spec mobile armor developed by the Principality of Zeon during the One Year War, equipped with a Psycommu system that allows for all-range attacks and is exclusively for Newtypes. Its visual design originally reminds fans of the Braw-Bro, Challia Bull's beloved machine as seen in the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam," but it is now established that after later modifications, it gained a mechanism allowing transformation into a mobile suit form.

Also not to be missed is the name "Kikeroga." In fact, this is a "phantom name" that only appeared in the director Yoshiyuki Tomino's early project notes known as "Tomino Memo." At the time, it was only described as "Char's machine" and never actually appeared in the main story. For its name to be visualized in animation after half a century is a truly moving and surprising moment for Gundam fans.
