Nazuna is Carried Home on Kō’s Back… Call of the Night Season 2 Episode 1 Synopsis and Preview Cuts Revealed!

The synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 1 of Call of the Night Season 2 have been released.

The TV anime Call of the Night is based on the hugely popular manga by Kotoyama, which has surpassed 5.3 million total copies in circulation (including digital versions), with all 20 volumes currently available.

Kō Yamori (voiced by Gen Sato), a second-year junior high school student who has stopped attending school, continues to suffer through sleepless nights. One night, when he sneaks out without telling anyone for the first time, he meets a mysterious beautiful girl, Nazuna Nanakusa (voiced by Sora Amamiya), who turns out to be a vampire—a true denizen of the night. As Kō becomes fascinated by both the night and Nazuna, he begs her, “Please make me a vampire.” In Season 2, the story intensifies as the vampire's weakness—“the things they were most attached to in their human lives”—and Nazuna's past come into play, pulling Anko Uguisu (voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro), who hunts vampires, and Kō, Nazuna, and their companions into ever-accelerating nights.
