The protagonist is falsely accused... New anime "Gachiakuta" shocks viewers with a despair-filled ending: "I can't wait to see what happens next"

The new anime "Gachiakuta" started airing on July 6. Within just the first episode, the protagonist Rudo (voiced by Aoi Ichikawa) is struck by one tragedy after another in a rollercoaster-like plot, captivating viewers from the very beginning with reactions like "The feeling of despair was insane!" and "I want to see the next episode right away!"

Rudo, a boy living in the slums, is despised as "the child of a murderer" because his parent committed a homicide. Despite this, Chiwa (voiced by Miku Itou) becomes his ally, and Rudo starts developing feelings for her.

However, Rudo is falsely accused of "a certain crime." No matter how much he asserts his innocence, no one believes him—not even Chiwa, who says, "I trusted you... but you really are the child of a murderer," turning her back on him. Rudo, cursing, yells, "I’ll send you all to hell... all of you humans, I’ll kill every last one of you...!" as he is cast down into the dreaded "Abyss," a place feared by everyone.
