[Synopsis]
After learning from Apart that X (Slur) has orchestrated the breakout of the most dangerous death-row convicts and is now carrying out a new killer-assassin operation, Sakamoto and the others begin gathering intelligence to prepare for a direct confrontation. Meanwhile, the ORDER has been given orders to eliminate all of the death-row convicts, and its top members mobilize for the mission.
