Mutsumi Tamura, Masaya Fukunishi, Manaka Iwami, and Hana Tamegai Discuss Their Favorite Scenes from "Teogonia"! Manso's Iconic Line Gets a "Kuuu~!"

The discussion continued with Hana Tamegai, who said, “Alue’s charm comes from her unexpected contrasts,” referring to Alue’s debut scene in Episode 3. Manaka Iwami talked about Elsa’s scene in Episode 9, in which Elsa loses consciousness after being attacked by the Inspector Gandarl—a moment she found particularly difficult to perform. The main heroine, Jose, voiced by Kana Hanazawa, also shared her favorite scene and comments, while the four cast members reflected on their recording sessions.

Next, Mutsumi Tamura chose the scene in Episode 6 where Kai slashes the gigantic armored warrior, Adujakan, in two. Tamura was moved by Kai, who awakened his protective divine blessing to protect his comrades, saying, “This sense of invincibility! It’s not enough just to possess the blessings of the gods—he faces an opponent even that can’t easily defeat. Overcoming that obstacle was so cool,” expressing her feelings about Kai’s growth.

In the later half of the program, the cast also discussed the story’s future developments. With Yūko Kaida set to play Zeiena, the youngest royalty of the Macaque tribe who is about to appear, Tamura remarked in surprise, “She’s played so many roles, but Zeiena?! I’ve never seen Kaida-san play such a burly character!” and eagerly added, “Since she’s got such a cool image, I wonder what kind of performance she’ll bring to Zeiena?”

Asked about highlights to look forward to, Tamura commented, “Keep an eye on whether the humans will ally with the Macaque tribe, whom they’ve been fighting until now, or if new conflicts will arise.” She concluded with a message to viewers, “Things are going to get even more exciting from here! Kai’s emotions will also change, so I hope everyone will look forward to both Kai's growth and the other characters’ moments to shine.”
