Hiro Shimono and Miyu Irino Go Wild Over a Giant Slab of Meat! The “Sanma Incident” Occurs During a Behavior Prediction Quiz

On the “Anime LIVE Channel” on ABEMA, episode #11 of “Say You To Yo Asobi Tuesday” aired on July 15, 2025 (Tuesday) at 10:00 PM. In this program, the long-awaited BBQ location shoot featuring Hiro Shimono and Miyu Irino was showcased under the theme “Let’s Look Back on the ‘Walkers’ Location Shoot,” including some preview footage. A new segment, “Behavior Prediction Quiz! What Would My Partner Do?” also made its debut.

■Hiro Shimono and Miyu Irino Shout with Excitement Over a Giant Slab of Meat: “Let’s Eat Some Delicious Meat!!”

The program featured highlights from the BBQ location shoot for the “Say You To Yo Asobi Walkers 2025 Say You One More Night Tuesday,” which is exclusively broadcast on ABEMA PPV, and presented “three key moments” in advance during the show. The first highlight was “Shimono and Irino in High Spirits! A Luxurious Chunk of Meat with a Night View Backdrop!” In the location footage, Shimono, so excited that he flubs his lines, exclaims, “It’s the barbecue ryoke (location shoot)!” Both are visibly thrilled from the start. When the massive slab of meat is brought out, they gasp, “It’s huge!!” Irino comments, “This is the kind of meat that successful people eat right in the heart of Shinjuku! This is it!” Shimono responds with, “Delicious meat! Let’s eat!!” Even in the studio, watching their own footage, Shimono and Irino laugh and interject, “These guys are so noisy (laughs),” successfully conveying the excitement of the location shoot.

The second highlight was the BBQ scene featuring BBQ professional Tamio Shimojo (nicknamed “Tammy”). Irino noted, “Tammy has such a strong character! He’s the most distinctive pro guest we’ve ever had!” resulting in unique interactions that kept the atmosphere lively throughout. The quirky and somewhat slow exchange between Shimono and Tammy drew smiles, and there were instances when the natural facial expressions Irino displayed while watching the VTR also brought laughter from both hosts in the studio.

The third highlight was a preview of the “Shimono and Irino Whisper to the PPV-Exclusive SOMD (Special One More Dummyhead)” segment. As they introduced the segment using a dummy head microphone, attention in the studio was drawn to Shimono’s outfit change. He remarked, “My outfit is crazy (laughs),” to which Irino commented, “You look like someone who works out!” Viewers also sent messages about seeing Shimono in a tank top. During the dummy head microphone segment, both hosts got so hyped up that they reacted with comments like, “It totally looks like we’re saying something naughty!” and “We look so goofy, lol!”
