In addition to meeting the broad demands of people of all ages, JOYSOUND is also responding to each individual's desire to sing. Currently, JOYSOUND is conducting direct interview surveys at venues where various music fans, including music events, gather. By researching "the songs people truly want to sing right now," JOYSOUND is implementing initiatives that respond to each person's passion for singing.

In June, a survey was conducted at the cosplay event "acosta!," attended by anime fans, where JOYSOUND staff asked participants about "the songs they truly want to sing." A total of 236 song titles were submitted by 171 participants. While most of these songs were already available on JOYSOUND, some previously unavailable songs were newly added as a result of the event.

At the venue, many passionate responses were gathered from enthusiastic fans, such as "the song I remember from my first otaku activity" (After School Tea Time "Fuwa Fuwa Time" from the anime "K-On!"), and "Slam Dunk is everything to my youth, and that's not an exaggeration" (BAAD's "Kimi ga Suki da to Sakebitai" from the anime "Slam Dunk").
