The anime "The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses" is based on the manga of the same name by Norishiro-chan (original work) and Yukiji Setsuda (artwork). It is a "harem death love comedy" featuring Toto, an extremely shy hero who faints easily when flustered due to his lack of resistance to women, and three beautiful women who each have their reasons for targeting his life.

Episode 4: "The Shy Hero and The Promotion Quest"
Synopsis:
Having completed numerous missions, Toto and his group take on the challenge of the D-rank promotion mission. The trial involves conquering a dungeon that tests "the bonds of the party." Although the three agree to a temporary truce, they naturally do not get along, with their minds filled with plans for sneaky assassinations. Each one tries to sabotage the others as they aim for the dungeon's lowest level. However, just before reaching the goal, the assassination princesses get into a fierce argument. Alarmed by the discord among the three, Toto makes a certain decision.
