[Synopsis]
After learning about the crisis at the Oni Agency's Kyoto Branch, Naito Mudano brings Shiki and the others along to aid in the rescue. In Kyoto, Tsubakiri Momomiya, leader of the Momotaro Agency combat unit, along with Vice Leader Yomogi Momokusa and others, is attacking the Oni, aiming to carry out a terrifying plan. Meanwhile, at the Oni Agency’s Kyoto Branch, everyone is working tirelessly to treat the flood of injured brought in. Mudano entrusts Shiki and his group to Kyoya Oiranzaka, the General Commander of the Reinforcement Squad, and heads to the frontlines himself to repel the Momotaro attack. While Jin Kogasaki and others begin helping with medical aid, Shiki is assigned to look after Mei, a young girl who has been taken in for protection. Shiki kindly tries to cheer up Mei, who was separated from her parents during the Momotaro Agency attack. However, soon after, the bodies of Mei's parents are brought in among the casualties...
