Next, the segment “Namikawa-san! Please come to Iwate at least once~” featured Yashiro introducing the charms of his home, representing Iwate Prefecture. Namikawa mentioned, “I’ve passed through before,” but Yashiro replied, “If that’s all, maybe it’s best not to say it!” Namikawa confessed he hadn’t actually visited but was interested in going.

First, they sampled Morioka Reimen noodles. After one bite, Namikawa commented, “Delicious!” and quickly finished the dish. Yashiro was delighted, exclaiming, “So happy—you finished it all!” Yashiro further said, “Speaking of Morioka, there’s that!” and, imitating “Kizuru,” the official mascot of Iwate Grulla Morioka, introduced the region’s famous soy sauce dango. After eating the soy sauce dango specially prepared by the staff, Namikawa said, “The flavor is great, and the mochi itself is delicious,” praising the food. Yashiro was also impressed by the taste, even expressing nostalgia, “Maybe I’ll go home for Obon.” After tasting Iwate’s soul food, Namikawa said, “Now I’m really interested in Iwate!” with Yashiro looking satisfied as well.
