Episode 17: "I Want to Be Stronger"
[Synopsis]
Kaiju No. 9, having absorbed Soshiro Hoshina equipped with Identified Kaiju Weapon (Numbers) 2, gains the immense power of "Kaiju No. 2." Narumi and Kafka fiercely battle to corner Kaiju No. 9, but ultimately let him slip away at the last moment. As news of Isao's death spreads, a profound sense of loss and anxiety about the future sweeps across Japan. Amidst this atmosphere, Narumi and Kikoru each renew their determination, while Kafka is forced to confront the price of his own power.
