The anime "DANDADAN" is based on the popular manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, serialized in "Shonen Jump+." It tells the supernatural action-comedy youth story of Momo Ayase, a high school girl born in a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate and occult enthusiast Ken "Okarun" Takakura, as they battle against various bizarre paranormal phenomena.

[Synopsis]
Seiko teaches Jiji how to suppress the power of Evil Eye. However, Jiji struggles and fails to contain it, resulting in the possessed Jiji attacking Momo. Thanks to Momo’s quick thinking, they barely manage to get through the situation, but Okarun vows to become stronger so he can completely overpower Evil Eye.
