Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon suddenly petrified all of humanity in an instant, a science prodigy named Senku Ishigami awakens in a world where civilization has collapsed. The TV anime “Dr.STONE SCIENCE FUTURE” tells the adventurous tale of Senku as he takes on challenges using his genius-level scientific knowledge. The original manga, “Dr.STONE” (written by Riichiro Inagaki, illustrated by Boichi), was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from Issue 14 of 2017 to Issue 14 of 2022. It has won accolades such as second place in the 2018 “Next Manga Awards” (Comics Division) and the Shogakukan Manga Award (Boys’ Division), with cumulative comic sales exceeding 19 million copies.
