Second Cour "Nerima Arc" Starts in October! New Cast, 4th PV, and Nerima Arc Theme Song Announced

After a thorough recap, the program shifted to a stream of new announcements about the series. Along with the new PV, it was revealed that the second cour, "Nerima Arc," will start in October, and key visuals, new cast, and the theme song for the arc were announced as well.

For the demon side cast, Atsushi Tamaru will play Masumi Yodogawa, and Haruki Ishiya will portray Kaoru Namikido. On the Momotaro side, Shunichi Toki will play Mikado Momodera, Chiharu Sawashiro as Shinya Momoiwa, Shintaro Asanuma as Tsukuyomi Momoka, and Yūki Ono as Ousuke Momokado. Additionally, the opening theme will be "Amidakuji" by Chogakusei, and the ending theme will be "ACTION" by eill.

The three had to match their answers to various questions, such as "What’s another famous folktale besides Momotaro?" and "What proverb includes the word 'oni' (demon)?" They managed to get matching answers for every challenge. Especially notable was their unanimous answer to the "oni" proverb question, even with no hints, which prompted comments like "Wow! Maybe we’re really close friends!" and "Maybe we’re besties!" During the final challenge, "What’s a famous Kyoto food?", they all arrived at "Yatsuhashi" with the help of each other’s hints, thus perfectly demonstrating their team’s bond.

Although there was no actual reward for their success, Ura enthusiastically declared, "Let’s have a yakiniku (BBQ) party!" and jokingly asked, "Who should treat us? If there’s no reward from the show, we’ll have to ask our seniors to treat us..." provoking more laughter.
