Those Who Excel at One Thing Are Unstoppable! Zenitsu Goes All In on "Thunderclap and Flash", Awakens from the Brink for a Major Victory [Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba]

Zenitsu Agatsuma (voiced by Hiro Shimono) in "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" may always be cowardly and loud, but when he awakens in a pinch, he's just too cool...! Even though he has the handicap of being able to use only a single technique, the overwhelming force of the "Thunderclap and Flash: Sixfold" that he developed is sure to leave an impression.

Zenitsu, a Demon Slayer Corps swordsman who joined at the same time as Tanjirō Kamado (voiced by Natsuki Hanae), is a user of the "Thunder Breathing" style... but the only technique he was able to master is the "Thunder Breathing, First Form." He's portrayed as a cowardly character who quickly becomes scared, cries, or tries to run away. However, when he faints from extreme fear, he brings forth his hidden potential.

In Episode 17 of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc," Zenitsu is poisoned by the Brother Spider Demon (voiced by Showtaro Morikubo), who turns humans into spiders. Zenitsu screamed and cried, "No! No! I don’t want to turn into something like that (a spider with a human face)!" Overcome by terror, he lost consciousness.

Having fainted, Zenitsu instead "awakened." During the fight, he remembered the words of his master: "It's fine, Zenitsu. That’s all right. If you can only do one thing, then master it completely. Polish it to its absolute limit." Recalling those words, Zenitsu unleashed his ultimate move, "Thunderclap and Flash: Sixfold," performing "Thunderclap and Flash" six times in rapid succession and achieved a splendid victory over the demon.
