Anime "Gachiakuta" episode 8 is currently airing as of August 31st. After Rudo (voiced by Aoi Ichikawa) consumed a large amount of sweets, he transformed into a completely different appearance. Online, people were surprised, commenting, "Rudo becoming round was hilarious," and "He looks like a balloon."

In Episode 8, "Progress," Rudo was asked by Riyou (voiced by Yumiri Hanamori) about his past life in the slums, with questions like, "What kind of things did you eat?" Rudo explained, "Sweets were something only the rich could afford..." To which Riyou responded by offering a plate full of sweets, saying, "Here you go."

Upon nervously trying a macaron, Rudo exclaimed in astonishment, "What is this?! It's amazing!" As a result of eating too many sweets, his body transformed into something akin to a balloon, which frightened Zanka (voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), who exclaimed, "There's some strange outsider here!"

　The sight of Rudo bouncing in the corridor, with comments such as "How much candy did you eat lol", "Round Rudo is so funny", and "You ate too much candy, you're like a balloon" made the viewers laugh.
