Music Video Announced Prior to the Visual Adaptation of "Kaijin Fugeki"! New Original Song "Kimi to Akashita Yoru" Released, Jacket Illustrated by Author Oh!great

On the official Magazine Channel YouTube, operated by Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), a new promotional video (PV) for "Kaijin Fugeki" was released on September 3, 2025.

The song featured in the PV is a new original track "Kimi to Akashita Yoru" written specifically for "Kaijin Fugeki," performed by Towa Tokoyami and Botan Shishiro, both members of hololive. The PV also features three performers: Minori Taira (model), Ryu, and Yuta (dancers). Set in a nostalgic old Japanese house in the late summer, with gently swaying fans and scenery reminiscent of "Kaijin Fugeki," the performers exhibit emotional acting and dance.

Additionally, the striking collage scenes within the PV were created by internationally renowned collage artist Kosuke Kawamura, who has worked on such projects as the "Katsuhiro Otomo GENGA Exhibition" (main visual production), and advertising visuals/art direction/design for LUMINE×Evangelion, among many others.

The jacket for "Kimi to Akashita Yoru" was newly illustrated by "Kaijin Fugeki" author Oh!great, and a lyric video using this illustration was released on hololive’s official channel.

Furthermore, starting from issue 40 of Weekly Shonen Magazine released on September 3, 2025, selected comments from the related artists have been published.
