"Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX" is the latest installment in the immensely popular Gundam series, broadcast from April 2025. The story begins with high school girl Amate Yuzuriha, who lives peacefully in a space colony, meeting a mysterious girl named Nyaan and getting caught up in an underground Mobile Suit dueling competition known as "Clan Battle."

The show features story developments that pay homage to previous series and appearances by familiar characters, captivating long-time fans. It generated significant buzz upon airing, dominating social media trends.

Orb: On the Movements of the Earth

"Orb: On the Movements of the Earth" is an anime adaptation of the popular manga serialized in "Weekly Big Comic Spirits" (Shogakukan) by Uoto.

Set in an era when the geocentric theory was considered absolute truth, and even researching or believing in anything that contradicted it was a grave crime, it tells the story of those who put their beliefs and lives on the line to prove the possibility of the heliocentric theory.

With its heavy story themed around "academia vs. conviction," the manga generated attention from the start of its serialization and won numerous manga awards, including the Grand Prize at the 26th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize. The TV anime, which began broadcasting in October 2024, also attracted much attention for its heated dramatization of the pioneers who challenged historical conventions.
