The synopsis and preview stills for episode 48, the 12th episode of season 4 of the anime "Rent-A-Girlfriend," have been released.

"Rent-A-Girlfriend" is a manga series written by Reiji Miyajima and serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine. When the first season of the anime aired in 2020, the cuteness of the heroines quickly became a hot topic, leading to a second season in 2022 and a third in July 2023. The official TV anime X account now boasts over 350,000 followers, and the original manga has surpassed 13.5 million copies in global circulation, making it a hugely popular romantic comedy.

Kazuya Kinoshita (voiced by Shun Horie), a hopeless university student, introduced Chizuru Mizuhara (voiced by Sora Amamiya)—a pure and graceful "rental" girlfriend—to his family and friends as his “real” girlfriend. Unable to admit the truth, Kazuya continues their “fake” relationship. However, as they go through various events together, he gradually finds his feelings for Chizuru becoming genuine.
