[Synopsis]
Pressed by Mami, who demands an answer by the end of the day, Chizuru is left deep in thought about what she should do. Meanwhile, Kazuya is cornered into a situation where he feels absolutely unable to confess that his relationship with Chizuru was a lie, especially after receiving heartfelt gratitude from his grandmother. As things continue to worsen, Kazuya suddenly recalls all the moments he has shared with Chizuru. Reminiscing about everything they've been through, Kazuya dashes to the church where Chizuru is—“Please listen to me, Mizuhara!”
