Recalling times when he struggled and overcame hardship with a meal “as if he had been given auxiliary magic,” Umeda chose the “Special Tsukemen” and “Green Onion Char Siu Rice Bowl” from a ramen shop where he once worked. The owner, who had previously managed another ramen place where Umeda did part-time work about three years ago, started this new shop.
