A special program, “Pre-Broadcast Special! Casting a Spell to Make it Even More Fun SP,” for the new fall anime “The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest” will be broadcast exclusively and for free on ABEMA, starting at 8:00 PM on its premiere day, Saturday, October 4, 2025.

“The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest” (abbreviated as “Support Magic”) is based on a popular light novel by Alto, originally serialized on the online site “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” and currently published by “K Light Novel Books” (Kodansha).

The story follows Alec Yugret, a former court magician who supported the crown prince but was suddenly exiled from the court. Alec decides to reform his legendary party from his days at the Magic Academy, “Lasting Period,” and strives to create new legends in this classic magical fantasy tale. The story, which has gained popularity for its emphasis on the bonds with former companions and passionate growth, has also been adapted into a manga currently serialized in “Magazine Pocket” (Kodansha). The first TV anime, starting in October, is also attracting considerable attention.

The special program “Pre-Broadcast Special!
