The original work is a popular novel that has exceeded 1.4 billion page views on "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" and surpassed 10 million copies in worldwide cumulative series sales. It is a heartwarming gourmet story about a salaryman (CV. Yūma Uchida) who is suddenly summoned to another world one day, uses an online supermarket to create exquisite dishes, and enjoys life in another world alongside legendary magical beasts. Season 1 of the TV anime was broadcast in 2023 under the production of MAPPA, and Season 2 is currently airing on TV Tokyo affiliates starting from October 7, 2025.
