【STORY】
The first comrades the man who has always lived alone ever met— They protect everything: people, the town, and their resolve. Haruka Sakura, a lonely high school student whose only strength is fighting, came from outside the town to take the top spot at Furin High School, which is feared as a den of delinquents. There, Sakura learns that the students of Furin High are known as the "Bōfūrin (Wind Breaker)" and have transformed into protectors of the town. Though bewildered, Sakura joins the Bōfūrin members—Akihiko Nirei, Hayato Suō, and Kyōtarō Sugishita—and throws himself into the fight to protect the town alongside his friends. Meanwhile, an incident where an unbreakable line is crossed causes the most dangerous gang, the "Shishitōren (Lion-Headed Gang)," which believes in the absolute power of strength, to target the Bōfūrin. Though Sakura insists, "I'm going to take the top spot alone," and constantly clashes with those around him, Nirei is injured by the Shishitōren when they storm into town...
