Snow Man's Daisuke Sakuma to Play Leader of "Irootokogumi"! TV Anime "High School! Kimengumi" Broadcasting to Start January 9, 2026 & Advance Screening Decided [With Comments]

The broadcast start date for the TV anime "High School! Kimengumi" has been decided. It will air on Fuji TV's "Noitamina" slot starting Friday, January 9, 2026, every Friday at 11:30 PM.

Additionally, it was announced that Daisuke Sakuma of Snow Man will appear as the leader of the "Irootokogumi," Shō Kireide. The character is depicted with long hair and handsome visual features, and despite having a lighthearted personality that includes picking up girls, he is portrayed as a character who is "somehow endearing." This time, in addition to Sakuma's enthusiastic comments, the final leader visual, as well as a two-shot with Tomokazu Seki (who plays Rei Ichidō) and recording session photos, were also released.
