Since the announcement of the anime adaptation of "High School! Kimengumi," it has become a huge topic, and I've come to realize anew that there are so many devoted fans and that this is a work loved by everyone.
I am approaching the recording for this work with love, so I hope that the Shō Kireide I portray will become a beloved character. Please look forward to "Kimengumi."

Q. If you could go back to your student days, what would you want to do?
I entered this industry when I was in junior high school, so I wasn't able to participate much in school events.
If I could participate in cultural festivals and school events with my current potential, I think I could become a hero (laughs). I'd like to try doing things like that.

■Introduction to Irootokogumi

A group of five who have technically been held back in junior high school, consisting of Shō Kireide, Kimeru Setto, Torio Tanokin, Kazaru Sugata, and Takashi Hokori.
They are the most popular handsome group in the school, and female students raise their voices in excitement when they see them.
"Whether or not they're popular with girls" is everything to them, and their academic ability and athletic performance are generally low.
