The broadcast start date for the final chapter of TV anime "Golden Kamuy" has been decided for January 5, 2026. The broadcast will begin sequentially on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, Hokkaido Broadcasting, and others.
Based on the manga of the same name by Satoru Noda, this work depicts a survival competition over Ainu buried gold set in Hokkaido during the late Meiji period. In the final chapter, three forces—Saichi Sugimoto and Asirpa, the 7th Division, and Toshizō Hijikata's gang—clash in Sapporo, and the story reaches its climax.
In conjunction with the release of broadcast information, the final chapter PV has been released. Additionally, the opening theme has been decided to be "Ougon no Kanata" by Awich × ALI, continuing from the theatrical advance screening version.
Furthermore, regarding streaming, exclusive unlimited streaming on Prime Video has been decided, and it will be streamed every Monday at 11:00 PM starting from January 5.
