The anime "SPY x FAMILY" is based on the manga by Tatsuya Endo, which is currently serialized in "Shonen Jump+" (Shueisha). It's a spy action comedy about the elite spy Loid Forger, who poses as a psychiatrist for a top-secret mission, living with his assassin wife Yor Forger and his telepathic daughter Anya Forger (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki) as a "temporary family," each hiding their true identities from one another. The TV anime began airing in 2022, and "SPY x FAMILY CODE: White," released in theaters in December 2023, surpassed 6.32 billion yen at the box office.
