The anime "You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!" (commonly known as Osa-love) is based on the manga of the same name by Shinya Misu. It's a love triangle romantic comedy revolving around the trio of childhood friends: Eiyū (Yonosuke Sakai), Shio Minamo, and Akari Hiodoshi.
Episode 1: "No Rom-Com on the School Route, with Indirect Kisses, or Sitting on Laps"
【Synopsis】
First-year high school student Eiyū has a problem. His childhood friends "Shio" and "Akari" are too cute. If it got out that he was "looking at them with lustful eyes" like an adult would, it would be way too embarrassing! Yet "Shio" sneaks into his bed every morning and gets close to him, and "Akari" keeps picking fights with him. Things seem to be developing like a romantic comedy, but Eiyū is aware that "reality is different." However, the two childhood friends actually feel about Eiyū...!?
