After a whopping 23 episodes... Frieren holds grudges like no other, she still hasn't forgotten Stark's "slip of the tongue"!

The anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" Season 2 began airing on January 16th. Do you remember the past slip of the tongue by Stark (CV: Chiaki Kobayashi) that Frieren (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki) has revealed she still holds a grudge about?

In Episode 29, "Let's Go Then," which is the first episode of Season 2, Frieren and her companions fell into an underground area covered entirely with "Fuma-kou," an ore with the power to nullify magic.

When Frieren, an elf who has lived for over 1000 years, told him, "I'm counting on you, Stark. Without our magic, we're just girls here," Stark tilted his head and said, "Girls...?" Frieren scolded him, saying, "I haven't forgotten that you called me a damn hag, Stark," and all Stark could do was apologize, saying, "I'm very sorry."

The slip of the tongue that still leaves a lingering grudge (?) between the two occurred in Episode 6. When Frieren refused to help in the battle against the Kokyuuryuu, Stark inadvertently spat out, "You want me to fight alone?! Don't mess with me, you damn hag!"

The "damn hag" comment being brought up again after 23 episodes drew laughter from viewers, with comments like "lol she's still holding onto that," "damn hag is so nostalgic (lol)," and "she still remembers it (lol)."
