In the latter half of the program, they implemented a "Let's Eat Okayu" project to rest their stomachs tired from the year-end and New Year holidays. While Yasumoto immediately answered "I know" when asked about the difference between okayu and zosui (rice soup), Kobayashi, who is not well-versed in cooking, answered, "Zosui is boiled. Okayu is boiled even more!" and received punishment from Yasumoto.

After being explained that okayu is made from hard rice grains while zosui is made by boiling cooked rice, Kobayashi nodded with a look of understanding. However, when given the challenge "Write okayu in kanji!", Yasumoto got into complete confusion by himself, lamenting, "Ah, what was it! I can read it but can't write it!" Seeing Yasumoto, who is usually knowledgeable, unusually struggling with an answer, viewers also sent comments like "It's refreshing to see Yasumoto-san not knowing" and "You can do it!"

When they revealed their answers, Kobayashi, who had given up on the correct answer early, had written "お我湯," and even to Yasumoto's weak retort, "That would be 'ogayu'...", he responded dejectedly, "Um, sorry..." Meanwhile, Yasumoto, who had been struggling until the end, got the correct answer "お粥" magnificently, but showed a wry smile, saying, "I had forgotten, I can't write it even when told."

Afterward, the two savored crab okayu packed with delicious crab flavor, delightfully commenting, "It feels gentle on the body" and "The aftertaste after finishing eating is also delicious." Next appeared chagayu (tea porridge) made with hojicha (roasted green tea), known as a local dish of Nara. Yasumoto, who said it was familiar in his hometown, talked about how to eat it, murmuring, "It has a nostalgic taste."

Additionally, when the two ate babao zhou (eight-treasure porridge), a representative Taiwanese okayu, they were surprised by its sweetness, but were satisfied, saying, "It has salty beans in it, which balances it out and makes it delicious" and "It's also good when you're a little hungry." Other dishes also appeared, including the Filipino chocolate porridge "champorado" and the new sensation okayu "RED" with addictive spiciness and sourness. Contrary to the visual impact, the two showed great satisfaction with the deliciousness.
