In Episode 4 of the anime "You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!," currently airing as of January 26, the "little sister" character Runa Tsukimi (CV: Sae Hiratsuka), better known as "Runako," made her first appearance. The scene where she secretly intertwined her legs with the protagonist's under the table—hidden from the other heroines—had viewers swooning, with comments like "The destructive power was insane..." and "Younger characters really are the best!"

In Episode 4, titled "Even if She’s a Little Sister Character, He’s her 'Big Brother,' So It Won't Turn Into a Rom-Com Even When They're Adults," Runa, a younger childhood friend of Yonosuke Sakai (CV: Takehiro Urao), ends up living with him to study for her high school entrance exams.
