A post published on voice actress and artist Saori Hayami's X account has become a major topic of conversation among fans.

What was shared were behind-the-scenes shots from the long-run appreciation stage greeting event for 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle Chapter 1: The Return of Akaza', held on February 8, 2026, at Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro. Two photos were posted along with the comment "Thank you for the stage greeting. As sisters (butterfly emoji) Please continue to enjoy (Haya)".

The first photo is a solo shot of Hayami smiling with a dignified presence, wearing a long dress adorned with vivid purple lace. The second is a two-shot with fellow voice actress Reina Ueda, who is also dressed up. Ueda is wearing a pink layered dress, and the two are standing side by side, posing with smiles. The captured image evokes the image colors and relationship of the characters Shinobu Kocho and Kanao Tsuyuri from the series.

'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' is an anime work based on the manga of the same name by Koyoharu Gotoge. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons, as he joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his sister Nezuko, who has transformed into a demon, back into a human, and engages in deadly battles against demons. Since the anime's broadcast began in 2019, it has become a massive hit that sparked a social phenomenon, and the currently screening 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle Chapter 1: The Return of Akaza' began showing the "IMAX Special Screening Version" on February 6, marking the first time in Japanese anime film history.

In response to this post, fans have left comments of praise such as "Wowww the sisters are too wonderful", "The sisters' interaction was the best", and "Thanks to the long run, I'm happy we can still hear various stories".
